Turehu
Turehu Cottage. (fairy folk)
Turehu is affectionally called the little cottage and inherits it’s name from the mythical fairy people of the local area.
Surrounded by an explosion of color and scent, courtesy of the lavish gardens that surround it, this cottage has an abundance of warmth and charm.
It offers beautifully appointed studio style accommodation with the added advantage of a conservatory that receives all day sun and has magnificent views.
Step through the French doors from the main living area and you can see across the black sand dunes and out to sea in one direction, and back up the bush laden valley in the other.
It is the perfect place to curl up and read a book, or make use of the easel and paints and indulge the artist within.
Turehu is an ideal place for couples to share a romantic break, or for two friends to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the west coast.
