From the comfort of our beautiful cottages, with sweeping views of the beach and beyond, we provide a range of holistic health treatments designed to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.

Using natural New Zealand products and incorporating the ancient healing arts our treatments will leave you feeling alive and in tune with life.

Afterwards you may like to walk the beach and let nature bring you to a new level of stillness or you might prefer to soak in the Scandinavian hot tub and watch the sunset over the majestic Tasman sea.

If you wish to extend the experience with an overnight stay simply book a cottage for the night and retire to the privacy of your very own west coast sanctuary. You can fall asleep to the sounds of nature and wake feeling rested and refreshed.

If you’re already a guest at the cottages all treatments are available to you upon request, subject to availability of practitioners. Booking prior to arrival will help ensure you secure the treatment of your choice.

Brigitte is working in Auckland as a qualified Counselor and Facilitator. Her experience spans almost two decades of working with individuals, couples, groups and organisations delivering personal, relationship and career coaching to professionals, government agencies and people in all walks of life. Brigitte’s main focus is on relationship work, coaching people to create successful, loving and conscious connections in their professional and personal lives.

SUE BEASLEY
Massage is one of the oldest forms of relaxation. It is wonderful for stress release and for relaxing sore and tired muscles. It aides circulation and has a toning affect on the skin and muscles.

MARGUERITE LAING
For ten years I worked alongside and later married one of the most influential intellectuals of our time, the philosopher, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and writer, Dr R. D. Laing. My formal training began in London in 1979 with being invited to observe and later participate in Laing’s individual and family consultations as well as training programs with people from all walks of life, from widely different cultures, in almost every conceivable emotional or mental state. I later accompanied my husband to conferences, workshops, master classes and seminars in 40 countries and went from jointly leading workshops and seminars to leading my own.
