The Pavilion seats 80 guests – Cocktails standing 80 guests
The following prices are based on a minimum of 30 guests.  Current from March 2017 to March 2019.

5 hour Inspired Romance wedding package     
8 hour Creative Memories wedding package       

Packages include:

  • John and Trude’s time throughout to plan and manage the venue and prepare the grounds, venue, cottages/cottage and required amenities. Preparation, during and breakdown.
  • Hire of the Pavilion and chef’s kitchen, prep room and amenities 
  • 4 course buffet dinner for 8 hours (canapés, platters, main, dessert) 3 courses for 5 hour
  • Tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, gift table and cake table etc
  • Wait, bar staff, manager, cleaners, security (when needed) and kitchen staff                                          

Beverages and bar area set up

  • 8 hour package - 3/4 bottle of wine and 1 x 330ml bottle of beer p/person quota
  • 5 hour package -  ½ bottle of wine and 1 x 330ml bottle of beer p/person quota
  • We include lemon minted water, juices and Trude's famous fresh passionfruit and pineapple punch
  • Extra beverages available if you choose to offer more to guests on the day of function                          

Venue Decoration

  • Assistance in venue decoration choices from our supply or  and your own
  • Table flowers in your choice of colours (roses, alstrameria, carnations and statice and flowers from our garden) You may choose for guests to bring flowers from their garden for a beautiful personal touch
  • Rose heads and rose petals or shells for the aisle with large potted plants                                             

Accommodation & Facilities

  • Wedding night accommodation in Turehu Cottage for the Bride & Groom for weddings 30 guests and over
  • Use of one or two cottages for bathroom facilities for weddings 30 guests and over for the duration of the wedding event
  • Portaloo/s for larger weddings                                                                                                                  
Other Services
  • Trude Bethell as marriage celebrant (if required) and guidance with your personalised ceremony included in the price for over 30 guests
  • Sound system for iPods

  • Clean-up, recycling and disposal
