Looking out through the windows of the fully appointed kitchen you are rewarded with views across the valley and north end of the beach. Preparing food is a pleasure in this naturally beautiful environment.
The bathroom/laundry is well designed with a substantial vanity and mosaic tiled shower area as well as washer/dryer. In the bedroom there is a relaxing queen bed for a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep. Wairua is ideal for a romantic getaway weekend or for time out to relax and unwind.

Wairua has one bedroom with a queen sized bed that makes for a splendid night's sleep.

A comfortable couch and coffee table provide an area to read in or just sit and relax in the sun. Open the bi-fold doors and enjoy free flow access to the patio and garden area outside.

The fully appointed, self-contained kitchen comes complete with fridge freezer, microwave and oven.

Large, spacious and well-appointed this bathroom comes equipped with heating and a mosaic tiled shower and laundry.
Entertainment
We have many games available on request including Chess, Petanque, Croquet, and there is Table Tennis on permanent standby in the pavilion.
Scandinavian Hot Tub
The shared Scandinavian hot tub is located a short stroll from your door. After a day of adventure it’s the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down. Shared with all guests staying in cottages/apartment.
Dining
There is a table for two inside the main living area with views across the lawn and over the valley.
Outdoor Cooking
A full sized brick wood fired barbecue is ready to go in the private patio area outside. It has magnificent views out to sea and makes cooking outdoors a very pleasurable experience.

There is no direct track to the beach from our property. Please use the main public car park access

Wifi coverage is limited around the property but is available in the common area
The Scandinavian hot tub is free for the use of all guests - this is a quiet space and closes at 9 pm. Suitable for up to 6 guests staying in the cottages
The Portable Kiwi Hot tub is for private hire and we can place this on your deck, fill with fresh rainwater and heat. Suitable for 2 guests. Price is $150.00 including GST per night for setup and break down etc.
At the time you book please let us know your estimated times of arrival and leaving as this helps us plan our day. If this changes significantly please let us know 1-2 days prior to arrival.
