Length of Stay
One or more nights are available to book on our online booking system. Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions.
We must receive 50% of the total tariff accompanied by your booking details (overleaf).
Payments are processed through the secure ?Windcave Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Windcave system. No credit card information is stored by us and Payment Express protects personal information –a minimum –to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”)”
In the sad event that you need to cancel your stay at the cottages, we need to be advised as soon as practical. Cancellations 15 days prior to your stay attract 10% fee. However cancellations after this time, up until 7 days prior attract a fee of 50% and any after this time 100% of the total cost of your stay. We ask that all cancellations be made personally.. Cancellation for a function incurs a cancellation fee.
1:30pm (unless by prior arrangement). It is very important to John and I that we have the opportunity to make you feel welcome upon your arrival and to share with you the secrets of Bethells. Please telephone us the day before your stay with an estimated time of arrival, so we can arrange to be at home. All visitors to cottages need to vacate by 11pm please.
10:00am (unless by prior arrangement). Please be prompt.
Visitors to the cottages
It is natural that you will want to share the beauty and tranquility of the cottages with others. Should you choose to celebrate a special occasion, or hold a small gathering which results in 10 or more people, including the occupants of the cottage being present in the cottage, then there is a function fee payable (quoted on an individual basis). You are welcome to have 4 visitors per stay - any number of visitors over 4 per stay incurs a $25 per person fee. We make this agreement with you out of courtesy to fellow guests, neighbouring land owners, security and to minimise the impact on our eco-environment. Please talk to either John or I prior to making any arrangements to extend the number of people in your cottage. Your booking form shows our final arrangements - any changes to the booking needs to be discussed and charged for accordingly.
Accidents, breakages & stains
We accept that ‘things’ happen, however we do ask that you treat your cottage as you would your own home. In the unlikely event that something does get lost, damaged, broken or stained, please let us know as reimbursement will be required. We take no responsibility for damage or loss to your person, property or items.
Whilst we are animal lovers, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home.
Permitted outside where you can admire the view - ashtrays provided. (not in cottages or pavillion)
Cottages that need cleaning over and above reasonable cleanliness of occupation will attract a fee relative to the condition the cottages are left in.
