Our 5-hour wedding package is ideal for couples planning a stress-free and beautiful wedding ceremony with up to 70 guests. It includes a ceremony on-site, reception, menu options, and drinks, with options for both lunch and sunset buffet scenarios.

We provide a comprehensive service, including venue preparation, wait/bar team, manager, security, and kitchen team. The package also features accommodation and facilities, venue decoration - you are welcome to choose from ours or bring your own, and optional extras like wedding cake, chair covers, shuttle service, and more

Our aim is to create a memorable and hassle-free experience for you and your guests.

John and Trude's time throughout - planning, managing the venue, preparing the grounds, cottages and amenities, and breakdown afterwards

Trude Bethell as marriage celebrant and guidance with your personalised ceremony included in the price for over 30 guests

Hire of the Pavilion and chef’s kitchen, prep room and amenities

Sound system for iPods

Parking for up to 25 cars and security when needed.

Clean-up, recycling and disposal

½ bottle of wine and 1 x 330ml bottle of beer per person quota

Bar area set up and staffed (BYO alcohol and outside caterers are not permitted)

Help choosing decoration from our supply, your own, or both

Rose heads and rose petals or shells for the aisle with large potted plants

Table flowers in your colours - roses, alstroemeria, carnations, statice and cuttings from our garden

Guests are welcome to bring flowers from their own gardens for a personal touch

Accommodation & Facilities

Wedding-night accommodation for the couple in Turehu Cottage (weddings of 30 guests or more)

Use of one or two cottages for bathroom facilities for weddings 30 guests and over for the duration of the wedding event

Portaloo/s for larger weddings

Additional cottage nights before or after the wedding, subject to availability

Can we get married on the beach?

Yes, we can organise this.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Sorry, no.

What if my guest numbers are less than 30? Can I still go with one of the packages?

Yes, if you are happy to pay for a minimum of 30 guests, otherwise we have options for less than 30 guests. See below for information on smaller weddings.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Sorry, no.

How early can we arrive?

Normally 10:30am (earlier by special arrangement)
